BLOGGERS REFLECTIONS AWARDS

I had initially thought of doing this monthly,but with so many awards out,I thought you all must have had enough of them...so I took a break,but here I go again....

As I go through all kinds of feelings and experiences in my blogging journey of life -- delight, surprise, chagrin, dismay -- I hold this question as a guiding light: "What do I really need right now to be happy?" What I come to over and over again is that only qualities as vast and deep as love, connection and kindness will really make me happy in any sort of enduring way. Being here, I discovered that I cannot find peace by avoiding life. And, there is no formula for success except, perhaps, an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings. I want my inner truth to be the main line for the choices I make about my life -- about the work that I do and how I do it, about the relationships I enter into and how I conduct them.

And believe me, I learnt it all here…..through you all, your posts, and the immense love and support you have all given me…..Each one of you is special, your blogs different. As I have always said, we are together as a family, so we need to respect each other’s feelings. Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them. I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be "happy." I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate. It is, above all, to matter and to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all.

With this, I wish you all, love, luck, happiness….and always remember,no matter what age you are, or what your circumstances might be, you are special, and you still have something unique to offer. Your life, because of who you are, has meaning.

These awards are in different categories, and in random order, remember,it will happen every month. This is solely my decision, not based on my personal relationships with the bloggers.
