Life: It’s a tough teacher actually. It teaches you everything whether you wish to learn or not.

Life: It’s a tough teacher actually. It teaches you everything whether you wish to learn or not.

I mean life does not care about your choices or your preferences in a way, it teaches you all good things that can be beneficial for your mental, social and spiritual growth as a person but it also teaches you the fallacies and gimmicks to survive in the tough world.......no reasons you like to learn it or not.
Don't you think that we all have these common human traits in us to take advantage of others, play with others sentiments, and hurt them??
But it depends how you manage to control these feelings becoming a collective energy within making you turn animal ultimately. Here the goodness in us plays a vital role. Life gives us all the opportunities which we deserve. But life rests the power of decision-making on us to follow it or not. Life is a great teacher which teaches us in every second of life but it is our responsibility to obey them, take knowledge from it. Our ability is not judged by our specialties but it is judged by our decisions. It's all what I think about the life.

As most of my blogger friends know, I have been missing from the blogging world for a long time, this is because I was fighting some real tough legal battles, and it’s not that I didn’t have time, I just couldn’t concentrate, I will not say that I have emerged a winner, though my family feels so, the biggest compliment I got was, “You made “US” proud”.
After fighting this battle for six months, communicating between 2000 kms every 15 days, all of a sudden an inner voice said to me to compromise, to stop what I was doing, and I followed that and did it. I have taken notice that the deeper I know about myself, the clearer I understand others. I have lost out on serious amount of money in doing so, but believe me, for the past two days, I am suddenly at peace with myself, and I am happy. As a child, I always thought the expression “it’s better to give than to receive” was trifle and silly. Today as an adult, I recognize the expression’s value. Having the capacity to give means you possess a mindset of abundance. Having the will to give means you want to make a difference in the world. Having the desire to give means you care.
I realized that as you strive to achieve your goals and dreams you can count on there being some fairly substantial disappointments along the way. Don’t get discouraged, the road to your dreams may not be an easy one. Think of these disappointments as challenges - tests of persistence and courage - that life throws at you during your journey. They are necessary and are meant to help you grow as a person.
My belief in God has rekindled once again, and I know this would have never been possible without the love and support of so many of you people.
A lot of people passed, and threw my life; each in their way taught me things I will never forget! I only wish I knew the names of every person who ever left an imprint on my life. Good or bad, those people will never know how much I thank them for what small moments in my life they spent. Each taught me a lesson. Those who's kind words found their way to me, I would wholeheartedly welcome back again. Those of harsh words or actions I would still thank them for the lesson they taught me! In my life I will say I've known evil and good in humans. I've known angels, spirits and ghosts and all manner of entities, and it has made for an interesting life!! My Mother always says, everything that passes through your life is with a reason, good or bad there is a lesson to be learned. And I have learned plenty......And I am back!!!!!!

You're Beautiful,I never get tired of listening to this song, the lyrics always move me…I do hope you all enjoy it too.

James Blunt - You're Beautiful

"You're Beautiful"

My life is brilliant.
My love is pure.
I saw an angel.
Of that I'm sure.
She smiled at me on the subway.
She was with another man.
But I won't lose no sleep on that,
'Cause I've got a plan.

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.

Yeah, she caught my eye,
As we walked on by.
She could see from my face that I was,
Flying high, [ - video/radio edited version]
Fucking high,
And I don't think that I'll see her again,
But we shared a moment that will last till the end.

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
There must be an angel with a smile on her face,
When she thought up that I should be with you.
But it's time to face the truth,
I will never be with you.

WHY ME?

WHY ME?

I  look into the falling rain and find myself slipping
Dripping with the cold past, memories of old pain
Drops fall, the puddles falling at my damp water life
Spiraling a mirror of self-lonely strife

A sigh, one frown, crying soft saddened tears
Storms of rememberence through the bleak yesteryears
Clouds casting a whorl
The dark sky sheltering a fair heart
But how can I have joy, while taking no part?

I try to cover myself
Defying the stabs of my fate's intents
This is madness, I  think
What is my destiny
A plaything with which gods and angels scheme

Am I doomed then to live, time never letting me free?
Subsumed wholly underneath life's scattered debris
Is there justice, outside this torrential doubt?
Perhaps more than sorrow

Is love, perhaps, just a sliver of sun?
Shining through mists
But not for me
A personal paradise, which I can never own
Evoking happiness
I long to feel

While standing at a crossroad in life
The urge is to take the most comfortable path
The road with least resistance ...
The shortest or most traveled route

And yet, I have been down that comfortable road before
Have gleaned its lessons in life, and learned from my experiences
It is in these times of confusion
That I must seek peace and solitude

How often I must bear the challenges of life
The endless roller coaster between happiness and sorrow
The constant ups and downs of daily strife
And always the question remains .... WHY ME?

ALONE

ALONE
Being or feeling alone is one of the saddest places to be. You can have all the luxury in the world, but if you don't have anyone to share it with, you have nothing. The need for human companionship is universal. In ancient times, people stuck together because they literally needed each other to survive. In today's world, we tend to spread out and live more isolated lifestyles. In some ways this is a luxury. In other ways we had it better when we lived in close proximity. Humans are creatures of community and need each other for companionship. I hope and pray that none of my friends ever have to be alone in their lives….

.

As the starry night watches
I am alone

I know I’ll always be
The meaning is unknown
The light I cannot see

I am trapped within myself
Never to escape,
A book upon a shelf
That no one can read
I wish that none will lead a life
That’s similar to mine
There’s no need for such pain and strife
It proves nothing divine

If you live a life full of love
Then you are why you are  here
Well maybe not exactly
But even if the journey is sincere
It’s worth all the pain

Where it takes us no one knows
And no one ever will
All I know is that it’s right
Righteousness I’ll never feel

As I lay
Here in the open air
Surrounded by dark and shifting clouds
I can still see
My bright star shining
And even when I can't see it
It's always watching me
There for me
Is that my sign of hope?

But why continue the pursuit?
Why live? In this way
I guess I’ll never know
 I guess I can't say

But I continue to persist
To eat, to breath, to sleep
Some things I can’t resist
Some things are sown in deep

I wish the night would never end
The wind flows over me
I hear it say
There's nowhere in the world I have to be
Softly it calls for me
Go to sleep

I AM BEAUTIFUL

I AM BEAUTIFUL

Real beauty isn't just about being born beautiful and having a good figure. It is so much more. People can be beautiful when they have a wonderful smile and are happy with themselves. They radiate a glow which makes them stand out from the crowd. Beauty can also be in a voice which is calming and reassuring to the listener and most of all beauty can come from within a person. Someone who is helpful, kind and has time for others also have their own inner radiance and after all looks will fade in time and if you haven't got anything else such as personality or kindness you really are a plain person in the end.
Physical beauty may capture your attention but in reality its inner beauty that captures your heart. I think everyone has something beautiful about them, but a good personality is much harder to find. Beauty is only skin deep, true beauty comes from within. It is integrity, truth, kindness and simplicity. It transcends the physical and touches the spiritual. Beauty is brave and not weak; it does not react out of fear and does not hold grudges. It is a soft touch or a warm smile. Beauty is a helping hand and or a kind word. It is generous, not greedy, and never critical. Beauty is peace filled with contentment. Beauty can be complex but must be understanding to be understood. Beauty is timeless and age can never tarnish it.
I know this line will sound a bit corny… beauty lies is in the eyes of the beholder. Someone who's truly in love with you loves you with your flaws, both physical and in personality. Yes, we are sexual beings and physical attraction does play a role in romantic relationships, but anyone worth staying with does not expect you to look your best all the time.
Beauty should radiate, and not questioned, always being real and natural. Beauty is what's real.... what's truly real. Beauty is what feels good, having no regrets... feeling actually good without any regrets.
To me, beauty is a decision. It's the decision to start liking what you see in the mirror and not be limited by what is not perfect about your appearance. It is a secret sometimes hidden to others, profound and wonderful when discovered in one's own true self. It's the decision to be kinder to others so you can love yourself for who you are, but forgive yourself when you do make a mistake. It should reflect inner calmness, a person who shines through the most difficult times with a smile because they know there is someone worse than themselves...giving a part of themselves for others....doing tasks which others find repulsive....helping others without looking for a reward....that’s being beautiful.
Beauty to me is to know who I am. Beauty is me and my Soul. Beauty to me is….Honesty, Forgiveness, Courage and being able to love myself. No-one can love you unless YOU love yourself.

Go on, smile and your whole face lights up and your eyes shine ...... you are beautiful aren't you?????

Heartache

Heartache

This post is for two very special people in my life,I call them my soul sisters... Rimly Bezbaruah & Melissa Tandoc. I love you both, and this is my way of saying, you both are "THE BEST"...

Do you ever truly get over the most intense relationship in your life? Has the person you love more than anything in the world left you? Did the two of you break up? Have you been dumped, slighted, walked out on, or deserted for another? Does your heart ache and ache endlessly? Have you lost sleep, your appetite, or even your job? Are you caught in the grief?
You always remember the love which gave you the most happiness, that person who swept you off your feet. Even though your relationship came to an end, is it ever possible to forget? Can you move on completely, or do you compare all future relationships to your "special" love?

"Sometimes losing your mate to a breakup can be far more devastating than losing someone to death"....
It is said that the second most intense life stresser is loss of love. The first is death. But I question this? Both are final. Both, in most cases, result in the physical removal of someone special from your life. Both result in the loss of a way of life we have become familiar with.  However with death you have the peace of knowing you were in your lost loved one's heart. You know you were not abandoned purposely, cast aside, or rejected. With death you can take off work and get sympathy. You can go through closing rituals and you can feel contentment that they are in a better place. But with breakups, separation, or divorce, even though you have the assurance that they are still alive somewhere on this Earth, their love was intentionally withdrawn from you. You no longer have their presence, nor their care. You can't have that person....And that is some pain.
The past hurts....especially if it involves someone you deeply loved....but there is one thing you can do....always be positive about yourself....when you think about the past, you feel demotivated and you tend to put all the blame on yourself and that is when you feel low. Do you think you would have been depressed if you put all the blame over your partner? Don't hurt yourself by thinking about the past, its not going to help you.Its going to make things far worse! As you move on....your past will mould you to a better person, that is if you try to be in a position to be “yourself”and learn to love yourself.Your past is what makes you who you are today....and in the future.
When you’ve lost someone you love, it’s easy to focus on the better parts of your relationship and life together. But, there was a reason you broke up, maybe even several reasons. Don’t ignore the “bad” parts of the relationship and idealize only the best portions…..instead, keep reminding yourself that you’re letting go of the past because holding on to it isn’t good for you.
There are some things we never ever get over, but we can still live a full and rewarding life and achieve our goals. Part of letting go of someone you love is accepting that you may never have all the answers. No matter how good, smart, helpful, giving, or attractive you are, you can’t control other people. If they leave you, they have their reasons….and sometimes those reasons have nothing to do with you. The sooner you accept your lack of control, the easier it’ll be to let go of someone you love. Letting go of the past isn't magic, you think and its done with.... You’re free, healed, and happy! Rather, letting go is a journey sprinkled with steps forward and steps backward, good days and bad days.
I think today I can say that I have learned how to love, let go, and open my heart to love again. And I’ve survived those heart-wrenching, gut twisting breakups that slam you to the ground and rip you to pieces.
Letting go is a process that takes time...and believe me,its not easy.
Let go..... Understand that there is no benefit in holding on to heartache, regret, and hatred toward another person. Realize that although it is over, your relationship with that person was unique and special in a lot of ways. You can congratulate yourself for being brave enough to take a risk and fall in love, and encourage your heart that even though love didn't work out this time, there will be a next time. Keep reminding yourself that a relationship is one part of life, but even when you are in one, there are personal pleasures that you can always enjoy on your own. Indulge in those things now.
As they say, the best revenge is living well....And for a change.....Enjoy being single......
That was the ultimate lesson in powerlessness and letting go for me.

Should we expect to have expectations?

Would it surprise you to know that many a times the expectations we have from others are born out of our own psyche, and has little to do with the person, we have them about?

Expectations in relationships can begin when we take our own ideals, standards, view of things and try to project it onto other people. We then anticipate that they will live in accordance with these standards. We may have a lot of expectations from them because we are emotionally dependent….lack self confidence and rely on others to fill the void of our unsatisfied needs….we are self critical as well.…though I feel the inner critic is the judge and jury of our behaviour. It is the part within us that is filled with mandates such as, ‘you ought to’, ‘you must’, ‘how could you’, ‘why didn’t you’ and so on. Often, instead of taking control of our inner critic, we project it onto others, sometimes using the same terminology.

Invariably unrealistic expectations are connected to issues of power, manipulations and control. Have you ever expected someone to be happy, sad, afraid, or in some other emotional state and have been surprised when they weren’t? After all that is what you would feel in the same situation, or maybe been confused….when you did something nice for someone and that you expected them to like, and they apparently weren’t showing enough enthusiasm.

As we project our life's views onto others, we are assuming that they think and feel in a similar way that you thought they might? It was something you would have appreciated someone doing it for you, so why didn’t they like it, you end up wondering. Eventually when someone close to us does something that appears in deep contrast with the standards we have associated with them…we then feel hurt, betrayed, angry, and confused.

The hard truth is that people show us exactly who they are, through their everyday behaviour.…we are actually aware of who they are at a deeper level within us. We need to stop fantasizing and pretending things that are not as we want it to be….stop filtering our thoughts and pay attention to reality, to what others think and feel, and how they behave. We have to acknowledge to ourselves, the truth of who they are as individuals.

Be real with the people in your life. Let them know who you really are, and how you truly feel. As you begin to see and accept them for who they authentically are, gently helps them to see through to their own mistaken assumptions and illusory identities they have built around you, to the real you as well the illusionary veil and stop the futile behaviour of projecting and expecting.

When we demonstrate the insight and courage to embrace the truth, along with finally putting an end to the pain of constantly being disappointed by unmet expectations of one another, our relationships have the opportunity to become rich in authenticity, trust, and deep emotional bonding. We must learn to distinguish between expectations and needs. Everyone has a need to be loved, to be understood, to be accepted and to be forgiven when necessary. When you know what you need from any relationship and can express those needs to others and be willing to allow them to love you the way they can, you will see a shift in your relationship that goes far beyond what you ever could have ever imagined.

Having realistic expectations for others involves realizing that all of us are less than perfect. Instead of looking to others to meet our needs, we must take responsibility for our own life and make necessary changes that are in our best interest. We must leave our self-blame behind and find ways to untwist our thinking and behavior to make our lives more fulfilling. It is important to value and accept our partners and friends for who they are. It is in our best interest not to spend our energy trying to change them to fit an image of what we believe we need and what they can provide for us.

THE PROMISE OF A NEW LIFE........

“There is no friendship, no love, like that of a mother for her child.” Henry Ward Beecher

Did you ever wonder how a child ended up with a specific mother? According to Sufi mysticism, the soul of the child looks down at the world and sees every soul that resides in every woman. When he finds the one that will be able to help him fulfill his life's purpose, he makes his choice. The relationship between the mother and child is no accident. At times the child may reject his mother and wish he had a different one. Remember your soul made the choice for a reason.

Mama, protect me when I am inside your womb.…give me your love and peace to grow into your life…only bringing you joy.

My precious lil one…. I speak to you from the depths of my heart, you have entered into my womb and made me complete....a woman....a mother. I believe that this is the most miraculous thing that could have happened to me. I thank God that I have been chosen for such an awesome task…the biggest blessing I could have ever asked for...

The moment the doctor told of a life inside me, various feelings came rushing….I felt wonder to amazement, curiosity, excitement and fear. Sweetheart, this is such an over whelming process.…I can never connect to another human being on this earth like the bond we two share. Your soul has entered, touched and interacted with mine….You are flesh of my flesh.…life that I have created.

I can imagine you inside me, beautiful, bouncing, flashing a smile, and when you move, it does wonders for this mother of yours. Do you dream about me and the world outside? Do you smile as I am talking to you?
You are my baby, my child, my heart, my wonder…I know that you are going to enter this world to bring me only joy. The fulfillment you have brought to me, runs so deep....the light you are destined to bring, is the warmest radiance of all. Though the path you choose will be your own....the journey of your life will never be yours alone. I promise, I will raise you with love, happiness, wisdom…teach you to love, respect, care and strength of mind ….giving you all that I have within. In return you will teach me patience, show me strength, I will learn with you day to day….you lead and I will follow.

These days go by slow….as I am preparing for your arrival….to a home full of love. There are times when I feel sick, achy and tired but seriously, it really does not matter….because when I feel you move, I forget my pains.…and savour that moment. Even though I can’t see you, I know you are warm and snug within.…even though I can’t hold you, I can feel you move, giving Mommy assurance, even though I can’t kiss you, I know you can share my feelings…that the affinity we have is for real.

You are with me all the time, on my mind…and I have truly fallen in love with you…my precious bundle of joy. I am breathing with you….for you. Before I was Mom, I didn’t know the feeling of a heart beating inside me, I didn’t know that something so small could make me feel so important. I never knew that I was capable of giving unconditional love, never knew the warmth, the joy, heartaches, wonderment, or the satisfaction of being a Mom. I didn’t know I had such feelings, before I was MOM...

Thank you my little one, for choosing me, I love you and I am waiting for your arrival…I am thinking of some perfect words to say to you….All that I can say right now is.…I can’t  wait to be your Mommy!!!!

I MISS YOU PAPA!

I MISS YOU PAPA!

PAPA.

They say the body leaves the soul behind and the spirit of your loved ones is always there for you. Why on earth can I then, never feel your presence? Somebody once told me that now I will always have my personal GOD up there. Have you felt my pain Papa? Do you see my problems? They are not going away. They are getting worse as each day goes by. If you can hear me Papa, why did you do this to me? I am living Everyone loves their father and I am no exception from this. But, ask someone who has lost a parent as to what a difference it brings in life. To write about Papa is not tough. What tears my heart is to write about him in “past tense”; we never really associate DEATH with our parents.
My earliest memory about him is as a very kind and gentle soul; a very loving and affectionate person to whom his family meant the world. He was very soft spoken and never raised his voice on me .Tears in my eyes would upset him terribly and being the youngest I felt Papa gave me that little ‘extra’, something, my sisters could never come to terms with.
I spent most of my childhood without him being around, initially, due to family pressures and then when I was just nine he had his first heart attack. His illness did not hamper the closeness between us but brought me closer to him. It also brought maturity to my life faster than my age.
PAPA.
Time and again I saw you fighting for life. What went wrong this time Papa? Why did you give up? Why did you choose me to see you go away, right before my eyes? Did you not hear me call out to you then? Why did you leave me alone? I feel so guilty that I could not do enough for you then. I told you I loved you, but I could not understand the mental and physical pressure you were under.my life, but, not the way you wanted it to be, no matter how much I wish to live it the way you envisioned it. Happiness has been erased from my dictionary. You hated my tears but I cry like never before. There is a void in my heart, in my very existence. I miss you Papa!
Every man can be a Father, but it takes a special person to be called a Dad. Thank you so much for being my Dad.
I remember how your arms held me and gave me strength whenever I needed it right from the time I took my first steps. Sometimes I wonder… when it was my chance to hold you, you walked away from my life and you were not there. You were always there to listen, love, and defend me in everything. You were my very best friend. In my triumphs you were always proud. I’m very grateful and proud to call you my Dad. Here deep inside my heart you’ll always be. I would give up everything I have just to hug you one more time. If only I could turn back the time I would have never let you go.
In retrospect, I say that I will never say goodbye to you Papa, because I know this is not the end for us of seeing each other. You have gone to a place where there’s neither pain nor suffering. Presently, we need to go our separate ways. That, I guess, is the way of the world and little can we could do to change it. But I know you are watching me always, wishing me well and I take great strength and inspiration from the fact that you will always be there for me no matter what…. as you have always been. Oh, how I wished it was in person….
Thank you Papa…. For always understanding, listening, caring, and loving me for all of your life; yesterday, today and tomorrow. The greatest gift God gave me was YOU. It’s difficult to let you go… but I must.
I make this promise today, despite the irreparable dent you have left in our lives, a void which can never be filled, I will be the girl you aspired me to be, in every possible way. I want you to know that I will love you as I always have and make you proud as ever before. I’m there for you in your every thought because I know, as I write this, you are with me, around me, wishing me well always.
SEE YOU IN HEAVEN PAPA!
SO LONG….

I am there for YOU

Do you get that feeling when you don't want to talk to anyone? You don't want to smile or even try to fake it.Your mind tells you that there is nothing wrong, but you don't have an answer to give to the people around. You want to be alone and certainly, after a while people will not ask you and stop comforting you .That is the time, my friend,I will never take NO for an answer because you mean too much to me and I will be there for you till this feeling of your passes away and you can finally face yourself!!

As we walk on life's path everyday,we meet different people, some of whom we happen to meet by chance and some are sent specially to us in our journey through life. These special people become our friends, with bonds so strong that they are the ones who truly understand our joys and pain. I dedicate this write up to all those special people in my life, whether they are friends or family. I am fortunate enough to have you all and this is my small way of showing you what your presence in my life means.I wrote "Friends" but I believe that they are my extended family.

Everything happens for a reason in our lives,I am absolutely sure about it that nothing happens just by chance; illness, love, lost moments of love, true greatness,or sheer stupidity and of course the impact of certain people in one's life. My friends have made their presence felt whenever I have needed them. My dear ones, I am sure while reading this, each one of you will identify yourselves.

All I can say is that whenever you need me I will always be there to give you a hug which will brighten your day.If at any point in life you feel like crying, call out to me and even though I really don't know whether I will make you laugh, I guarantee that I will cry with you. Whenever you don't want to talk or listen to people around you, call me and I promise you that I will be silent. If you wish to escape from this maddening world, you can count on me. I will follow you. But, my dear friends if at some point of time you happen to call upon me and I don't happen to respond, do come to me, I am sure at that time I will need you by my side.  All you great people, I want you to know that the love and understanding we share has helped each one of us grow, and however tough the situations may have been,we have made it through.
I am not sure whether I have lived up to all your expectations. I know I am not perfect, but all I can say is that at the end of the road, when each one of us will be following the guiding light, that will lead us to some place free from the darkness of this world, we will meet for sure and if we don't, just call on me and I WILL BE THERE.!!!!!!
